SCOPE OF WORK
Power Posts: install 3 concrete footings (base 20 in wide, 24 in deep, 20 in length) filled with 12 in of #57 gravel stone and 12 in of concrete (5000 PSI); install 3 adjustable metal power post jacks to support the beam.
Beam Support: install 9 linear ft of new support beam mid-span, carried on the power posts, under the damaged joist area.
Sister Joists: sister 4 floor joists with 2x8 lumber.

NOT INCLUDED:
- Leveling / lifting of the kitchen floor (deferred until the floor is replaced)
- Bathroom-side work
- Structural repairs under the living room or bedroom (not part of this scope)

OPTIONAL UPGRADES (add-on, not included in the total):
Clean Up & Vapor Barrier — $1,750.00: Clean Up & Debris Removal (1,209 sq ft) · 6-mil Vapor Barrier over the crawlspace floor (1,209 sq ft)

Notes:
**Support-only approach — no lifting performed; gradual leveling can be done at a later stage when the kitchen floor is replaced.
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
**Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.

Warranty:
**12 months workmanship on the project.
**2 years stabilization guaranteed on the repaired supports.
